Pre-World War 2 - KLM: 1934 two covers to England, the first (16 Mar.) marked "Par Avion to London, Bandong - Amsterdam" with $1.19 franking (double rate), the second (30 Aug.) with $2.13 franking (quadruple rate) with handstamp "By Netherlands Air Mail" (applied in Shanghai) and redirected twice on arrival; the Par Avion etiquette has been crossed through with blue crayon on the first redirection.
