(Pick 169b), PMG 30 Very Fine, annotation. For the iconic 'tea house' $100, the 1921 examples are usually contemporary forgeries. This spectacular example only has a minor comment of ink annotation at reverse. Completely original with great eye appeal. Even counting all 'tea house' $100 note on PMG Census, this is still the TOP POP example. Just lovely for a note over 100 years old!
