China, Pekin Syndicate Limited, 25 Shansi shares, shares of £1, 27.3.1905, serial number C1874, harbour scene at centre,
various CANCELLED stamps, with all coupons. An Anglo-Italian company incorporated in 1897 in to finance mining concessions in Shansi. There are documents showing Li i Hongzhang writing to the Rothschilds wishing for him to purchase shares in the company.


1905年北京福公司（英國福公司）發行之「山西股票」，面額25股，為開發山西煤鐵礦而發行。該公司由英國及意大利資本共同組成，其採礦權由李鴻章的親信馬建忠為公司代理人羅沙與滿清政府穿針引線而取得。此股票頂部有撕裂，有三枚註銷印，亦附帶息票，保存完好
