Group of 7 Medals from the Republican era, 1 - Patriotic Medal , early 1910's, issued during the expedition of Nanjing Government forces against Yuan Shih Kai, boxed, 2 - Patriotic Medal, early 1910's, given to overseas Chinese for their generous contribution to the Nationalist cause, 3- Grand Marshal's Medal, issued by Sun Yat Sen in the 1920's during the Northern Expedition and battle against Chen Jiongming in the 1920's, this medal comes in its original cardboard box and handwritten statement with the names of those who were given similar medals, 4- Overseas Chinese Contribution Towards the Revolution, 5th Class, c.1915, 5-Medal given during the Battle of Shanghai , 6- Medal to Commemorate the Sino-US Alliance, 7-Gold Shield Medal given to generous contributors towards the Chinese Airforce, very rare. An interesting and well preserved group of medals, two of which are boxed. Medal 2 has a chip in the enamel at 9 o'clock but otherwise all medals in good condition
