1913 (June 15) Registered Red Band Cover from Chabdo, Tibet to Chengtu, franked on front with 3p on 1c, ?a on 2c, 2a on 5c & 2?a on 7c, all tied by Chabdo (Type C3) dollar daters with "Kuei Chou" year digit, manuscript "No 254" alongside, on reverse Chengtu arrival cds, fresh and fine, very late usage, only three known examples recorded by Meiso Mizuhara, extremely scarce.
