Paper losses across the top. The remaining note is Fine. 3) 12 1/2¢. 1838. (Wolka 0036-03). Unissued remainder. Barrels and boxes on dock flanked by sheep and steer. Small piece out of the bottom border which has been paper backed, otherwise VF. Albion is a small village near Mansfield. All three of these notes are listed as Rarity 7 in Wolka.
