Singapore 1962-66 Issue 10c., a complete sheet of 100 with the first and second columns showing red-orange omitted, twice folded, fine. A remarkable item. Several sheets are known to have been partially affected by the error. Some are split. One such sheet had the two rightmost columns (nine and ten) affected. Columns two and three of another were affected.
