Great Britain Postal Notices 1840 (7 Jan.) broadsheet Post Office Regulations (440 x 550mm.) advertising the introduction of the Penny Post from 10th. January and illustrating the rates of postage for letters weighing more than half an ounce. Folding creases and some archival repairs on reverse, nevertheless in a fine state of preservation.
