Sierra Leone Lavanah 1895 (13 Oct.) envelope front registered to the French Guinea Co. at Bonthe, Sherbro, marked "Registered" under 1884-91 2d. grey pair cancelled with a superb inverted strike of the "post office/lavanah/sierra leone" oval-framed handstamp, also showing "R" in oval h.s., superb "lavanah/sierra leone" c.d.s. and two Sherbro c.d.s. (15.10); very rare. Also 1884-91 1d. carmine and 3d. yellow with part strikes of the same handstamp in red and black respectively. S.G. 30. Photo Estimate £ 500-600
