Winch Bros. envelope registered to England, "4" accountancy mark in blue (error) and bearing 1884-91 1/2d. dull green (2, one marginal), 1d. carmine and 4d. brown each cancelled "B31", showing oval-framed "R", Liverpool (16.4) and London (16.4) Registered oval d.s., the reverse with Sierra Leone Paid and Colchester (17.4) c.d.s.; a few light fox marks though an attractive three-colour registered franking.
