Sénégal Incoming Mail 1886 (27 May) envelope registered to Rufisque bearing Bulgaria 1882 3st. pairs (2), 5st., 25st., 1885 1st. (3) and 2st. (2) with bi-lingual green "philippople" cancellations and "recommandee" in the same colour alongside, the envelope endorsed Via Lisbonne but sent via Sophia, Paris and Bordeaux, arrival c.d.s.
