Sénégal St. Louis 1892 (15 Oct.) envelope registered to Matam bearing 1892 Dakar provisional "75" on 15c. blue with "Sénégal" handstamp in red, "saint louis senegal" cancellation with date inverted, red boxed "r" handstamp, blue arrival c.d.s. on reverse; the pink edged envelope with some faults at right well clear of the adhesive which is extremely fine and one of only fifty examples with the Sénégal handstamp in red that was issued.
