Sénégal Gorée 1879 (17 July) envelope to Gabon, endorsed (on reverse) Correspondence des armées with blue "senegal & dependances service des hospitaux" cachet, bearing French Colonies General issues 1878-80 10c. with "senegal et dep goree" cancellation and red boxed "returned for postage" cachet, re-addressed on arrival to Montevideo and with blue crayon "50" rate marking; some faults though most unusual.
