Niger Coast Protectorate Old Calabar River 1894 (29 Apr.) envelope (flap missing) registered to Sierra Leone, bearing 1892-94 1/2d. vermilion and 5d. dull purple and blue in combination with 1893 (Sept.) " 1/2d" on half 1d. lilac (2, one with variety straight top to "1" in " 1/2"), all neatly cancelled with "old calabar river" Code A c.d.s. and showing a further strike at foot, large "R" h.s. and Freetown c.d.s.
