Niger Coast Protectorate Bakana 1894 (21 Nov.) envelope to Ireland, bearing 1892-94 1d. lilac (2) and 1894 (May) 1/2d. yellow-green twice cancelled with inverted strikes of the "oil rivers protectorate/bakana" triple-oval d.s. (Sacher Type 7, S.G. Type Z1) with a couple of the town name letters just visible at top, Bonny River (25.11) and Paid Liverpool Br. Packet (12.1) c.d.s. at foot, Cork arrival c.d.s.
