Niger Coast The Royal Niger Company´s Territories 1898 (9 July) unstamped envelope to England, marked "No stamps procurable" and with a good strike of the "the royal niger company/Chartered & Limited./burutu" datestamp alongside, "2d/466" and " 1/2d/466" Liverpool tax handstamps applied partially over one another to form "2 1/2d" charge mark, the reverse with Liverpool Br.
