Gold Coast Winnebah 1883 (15 Mar.) envelope "Per s.s. ´Lualaba´" to London, bearing 1876-84 2d. green bisected diagonally and 6d. orange bisected horizontally together making the 4d. rate, each cancelled with a good strike of the "post office/gold coast/winnebah" oval intaglio seal h.s. (Type 4), also showing "winnebah" Code C c.d.s. (Type 2, 15.3), Cape Coast Code C c.d.s. (Type 2, 16.3) and Paid Liverpool Br. Packet c.d.s. (12.4), London c.d.s. (12.4) on reverse; the envelope with some creases, nevertheless a highly important bisect franking, being the second earliest recorded from Winnebah and the sole cover bearing bisects on two different values.
