(Type 2) in lower left corner, "loango a marseille/l.m. no 1" octagonal d.s. (24.8) alongside the adhesive, the reverse showing Lome (17.8), Klein Popo (19.8), Agoue Benin (20.8), Whydah Benin (22.8) and Cotonou Benin (23.8) transit c.d.s. A rare routing and rate. S.G. 14a.
