Congo" to England, rated "8d" and "2d" in red crayon and bearing 1884-91 2d. slate (5) cancelled "556" and with Cape Coast c.d.s. (Type 2) and "R" in oval h.s., all in the same colour blue ink, Liverpool Registered oval d.s. (2.11), arrival c.d.s. (3.11) on reverse; small imperfections though attractive. S.G. 13b.
