Gold Coast Akuse 1894 (2 June) envelope registered "via Liverpool" to Austria, various rate computations in blue or red crayon and bearing 1884-91 1/2d., 1d, and 4d. marginal pair all cancelled with "akuse" Code C c.d.s. (Type 2) in blue, showing a further c.d.s. and "R" h.s. in the same colour, Liverpool (25.6) and London (25.6) Registered d.s., "R" in oval in red h.s. and, on reverse, Accra (4.6) and Trieste (28.6) c.d.s.; colourful and most attractive.
