Gold Coast Addah 1881 (May) envelope "via Liverpool pr Odessa" to Italy, "3" accountancy mark in red crayon and bearing 1876-84 1d. blue pair and 2d. green cancelled with fair strikes of the "post office/gold coast/adddah" oval intaglio seal h.s. (Type 4) and also by "554" obliterators, showing Addah ("8" of year date only) and Accra Type 2 c.d.s., and Paid Liverpool Br. Packet c.d.s.
