                        Uganda  Please note that in this section, 1895 (Mar.)-96 (June), S.G. 1-53, the quality of the paper often resulted in the stamps being creased before use. Such creases are therefore not grounds for return  1895 (April) Narrow letters in black, narrow stamps  20(c.) horizontal pair with borders at top and at right, the left-hand stamp with variety "G" twice, the first struck through with diagonal stroke, the right-hand stamp with "G" applied directly over "U",  fresh unused.
