Tanganyika Independent Republic 1961-64 15c. sepia and blue Plate 1a. block of twenty (10x2) from the foot of the sheet, the left-hand vertical pair with variety blue omitted and affecting left 2mm. of the two adjoining stamps, fresh mint with one variety stamp showing trace of a mount; tiny stain at extreme right, otherwise fine.
