Shaw, 75th Coy 18th Imp: Yeo:), extremely fine, scarce as single clasp award Estimate £ 180-220 15507 Trooper Albert Edward Shaw 75th (Sharpshooters) Company 18th Battalion Imperial Yeomanry, died of dysentery, Umtali, 7.6.1900. Shaw´´s number on the medal corresponds with the published roll of the Imperial Yeomanry compiled by K.J. Asplin, but is at variance with the published transcription of the casualty roll for the Boer War 1899-1902 by A.M. Palmer, which gives it as ´´12449´´.
