Lightning", bearing 4a. green crossed by manuscript "Stamped" and manuscript "8", showing blue crayon "4d" (deleted) and "8d", the very scarce framed "penang/ship letter/bg" datestamp (Proud Type SL4; latest recorded date) with, on reverse, clear arrival c.d.s.
