x Issued Stamps 1867 (1 Sept.) Surcharged on Stamps of East India Mint 12c. on 4a. green block of four, variety surcharge double, fine with much original gum; a few mainly small areas of toning on gum which just shows through to front and lower left stamp has light gum creasing. An extremely rare and pleasing piece - only three blocks are recorded, one of which is in the collection of Her Majesty The Queen. S.G. 7a.
