R.N.); Royal Naval Auxiliary Sick Berth Reserve Long Service & G.C., G.V.R., 1st ´Admiral´s bust´ type (1275. A. Watson, Lg.S.B.A. R.N.A.S.B.R.); Service Medal of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem (4750. Cpl. A. Watson Rushden Div. No. 3 Dist. S.J.A.B. 1923), nearly very fine, together with the recipient´s St. John Ambulance Association medallion, bronze, the reverse engraved ´147611 Alfred Watson´ (7) Estimate £ 70-90 J.58011 Chief Stoker Victor Edward Kellaway, born Eaststoke, Dorset, 24.2.1901; served during the Great War in H.M.S. Impregnable from 29.8.1916; killed in action, 12.12.1943, whilst serving in H.M.S. Holcombe, when she was torpedoed by U-593 whilst on convoy and escort duties, with the loss of 83 lives. M.9786 Leading Sick Berth Attendant Alfred Watson served during the Great War in H.M.S. Pembroke; severely wounded, 9.10.1917.
