Spanish Colonies Mariana Islands 1899, the issued stamps used on cover 15c. olive-slate, tied by single "gobierno p.m./yslas marianas/(arms)" cancellation to envelope addressed to Manila, on reverse violet double ring "Mil. Sta. No. 1. Philippine Isls/Registered/Dec 11 1899" and black "sta.no. 1 manila, phil.isl´ds/rec´d/dec 11/4 30pm/99", the adhesive and envelope with small faults, nevertheless rare and of fine appearance.
