Fiji 1915 (1 Dec.) "war stamp" 1d. carmine horizontal pair, variety one without overprint, fresh mint; the left-hand stamp with a light crease, otherwise fine. Attractive and extremely rare, being one of the rarest War Stamp errors of the Empire. R.P.S. Certificate (1957). S.G. 139ab, £7,000.
