Formed by Imre Kiralfy for the building and management of the Empire of India Exhibition at Earl´s Court in 1895. This was followed each year by a further exhibition including the great Franco-British Exhibition of 1908. Kiralfy also developed the Great White City Exhibition Centre at Shepherds Bush in the same year. Estimate £ 40-50
