Great Britain Postal History 1824 (22 Aug.) entire letter from Balfron, Scotland to the Paymaster-General in London and marked "from a Chilsa pinsioner", showing "balfron/penny post" h.s. on reverse, framed "paid/at/glasgow" h.s. and arrival c.d.s. on face; 1832 (18 Apr.) entire letter from Axminster, similarly addressed and marked "Chelsea Pensioners Business" and with framed "Axminster/Py P." h.s. on reverse, 1839 entire letter from Bath to Chelsea Hospital requesting permission to become a Chelsea Pensioner, showing Bath and Hounslow Penny Post h.s, and 1844 printed "Certificate of Change of Residence" form from Newark to "Royal Hospital Chelsea"; four interesting and unusual items relating to the Chelsea Pensioners Estimate £ 100-120
