(2) for 10th January, Edinburgh transit (22/1) and fancy "too late"; heavy vertical filing crease and some soiling. An important overseas cover arriving in London on the day of introduction of Uniform Penny Post. The rate being 1/4d. for foreign post and 2d. unpaid Penny Post. Photo Estimate £ 500-600
