1881 Surcharges February, "halfpenny" 18mm. Long on 1d. Red PLate 201 LD, good strong colour and clearly cancelled "942" on 1881 (29 May) 1/2d. card from Larnaca to Pemberton, Wilson & Co., London, the stamp impression neatly cancelled with superb c.d.s. and with London Paid c.d.s. (8.6) in red at centre, the adhesive with upper left corner rounded, otherwise fine. A very rare stamp on cover with few if any of the 1/2d. surcharges represented in many of the great Cyprus collections.
