1880 (1 April) Overprints on Stamps of Great Britain Covers Envelope (date unclear) from Nicosia to Manchester, bearing 2 1/2d. rosy mauve Plate 15 marginal strip of three, PJ-PL, unaccepted for postage with four small blue crayon rings drawn around the strip and showing, alongside, Nicosia c.d.s., "T" h.s. and "4d/f.b." London tax h.s., arrival c.d.s. on reverse. Rare and unusual.
