Canada 1851 Laid paper 6d. slate-violet, good to very large margins all round, tied by concentric circles cancellation to entire (side flap at right missing) addressed to London, red Montreal c.d.s. of 29 Sept. 1851 alongside, on reverse London arrival datestamp of 2 Oct.; central vertical filing fold, the adhesive with a small fault in the margin at upper-left, clear of the design, fine and rare.
