TRINIDAD 1863-72 Britannia Issue, Watermark Crown CC, Perf. 12 1/2 Covers 1873 (26 Aug.) envelope "Via Panama" to "His Excellency The Honourable Admiral A Cochrane C.B., Commander in Chief, Pacific Station" and, in another hand "Ship ´Repulse´", bearing (1d.) carmine and 4d. grey sharing light "trinidad" double-arc d.s., showing red crayon "4" and, on reverse, St. Thomas transit c.d.s.
