TRINIDAD 1859 (Sept.) Britannia Issue, Compound Pin-perf. 13 1/2-14x12 1/2 (1d.) carmine-lake with complete perforations on two sides, partially overlapped by 1860 (Mar.) Litho, fifth issue (1d.) bluish grey strip of four, [6-9], affixed inverted, all cancelled "1" and tied on 1860 (7 Apr.) entire to Baltimore, showing red crayon "4", legible Crowned Circle "paid/at/trinidad" and "steamship/10" h.s., the reverse with despatch and St. Thomas (13.4) c.d.s.; two filing creases, one of which crosses the strip.
