Great Britain Postal Stationery 1847 1d. pink postal stationery envelope, used from London to Halifax cancelled by superb strike of London double-ring Paid c.d.s. of 20 May, red ink manuscript "2" rate charge; some slight stain/soil spots and part of one flap missing though in no way detracting from this fine, attractive and most unusual.
