Great Britain 1840 Mulready "May" Dates 6 May (Wednesday), 1d. envelope (A153), fine and crisply cancelled with red datestamp on flap on reverse opening perfectly for display, the seal from the reverse has been neatly torn away but this does not detract from this extremely fine envelope.
