India Official Stamps 1866 Surcharges on Fiscal Stamps — a block of eleven from Setting "B", [3-4, 15-17, 27-29, 39-41], [40] with shifted type, each with indistinct numeral in diamond cancellation and additionally with 1863 G.P.O. c.d.s., and affixed to small piece; two stamps with defects though a rare very multiple and believed to be the largest recorded multiple.
