British Guiana 1888-89 overprinted "inland/revenue", 1c. to $5 set of fifteen each overprinted "specimen" (D12) and affixed to small piece, the 1c. and $1 marked "Temporary Stamps Sep 1888", the $1, $2 and $4 marked "Cancelled" in red ink; three values defective though a unique ex the De La Rue archive.
