Dowell AMD, Ismailia" to England, countersigned by the Commanding Officer and showing a fine strike of the "british army post office/egypt" code "B" c.d.s alongside "T" and "1d" tax handstamps, Lewes arrival c.d.s. (14.9) on reverse; small tear at top and faults on flap though a scarce item from this campaign.
