Regt." at Surat, Bombay to Ireland, countersigned by the Commanding Officer though declined the privilege rate and treated as a Ship Letter as there was no British Packet service between the U.K. and India, charged "2/-" (deleted) and "2/10" and showing step-type "falmouth/ship letter" (S.6) in red, transit d.s.
