(Western Division Royal Artillery) at Rangoon to London, countersigned by the Commanding Officer and neatly cancelled with Rangoon Cantonment "bridge" type c.d.s., Rangoon (7.9) and Sea Post Office (17.9) c.d.s. on reverse; also 1903 1a. brown envelope (tear across face panel) from a native soldier, Naik Narayan Singh, D Company, 32nd.
