Barnstaple Theatre, certificate for one 32nd share, 18(35), coat of arms at top, black, on vellum, sadly has become wet in the past and now stained at the bottom just affecting the signatures, F-VF. Shareholding allowed free entry to the theatre. Built as the Grecian Theatre following the demolition of the ´Seven Drunkards´ but renamed Theatre Royal or Barnstaple Theatre soon afterwards. Taken over by the Salvation Army in 1880´s and demolished to make way for a new Cinema in 1930. Estimate £ 40-50
