Gilbert and Ellice Islands Covers and Cancellations Maritime Mail A selection of loose stamps/pieces (30) showing a variety of cancels on Pines or KE values including "Aeolus 11 IV 1912" on Pines set of four on piece, part framed "S.S. Brunner" on Pine 1d. (4), part unframed "s.s. brunner" on Pine 1d. (4, one additionally with "p.o./butaritari" h.s. in violet and manuscript "Abemama", and another with manuscript "Nikunau"), unframed "s.s. muniara" in violet on KE 1/2d. and 2c., and in red on Pine 1d. and 2d. (complete strike on piece), manuscript "Neptune" on Pine 1d. pair, manuscript "Tambo" on Pine 1/2d. and 2 1/2d. (2) and unframed "S.S. Tambo" in blue on KE 1/2d. pair and Pine 1d.
