Regiment in Glasgow, marked "P 1" and with fine 1st Type "gibraltar/paid" handstamp, arrival c.d.s. on reverse; not countersigned by an Officer as from one soldier to another. An interesting letter refering to the problems of not having received letters from the addressee, and the unfortunate tale of a young man having stabbed himself because his girlfriend´s father will not allow their friendship to continue. Concession rate letters from one soldier to another are most unusual. Photo Estimate £ 300-400
