New Zealand Dependencies Cook Islands — 1d. and 1 1/2d. on white paper, 2 1/2d. and 10d. on toned paper, all four cancelled with "p.o." h.s. and tied on 1893 (7 June) envelope registered to Wales, showing "government of the cook islands." "stars" h.s. in violet, Rarotonga c.d.s., Auckland Registered c.d.s. (16.6) and London Registered d.s. (19.7) in red; a couple of fox marks around the adhesives though a scarce and attractive cover.
