Watt 8th Batn L.T.C.), contemporarily engraved in large serif capitals, edge bruising, very fine Estimate £ 120-140 In 1833 the Royal Wagon Train was disbanded. However, the Allied troops suffered terribly during the harsh climates of the Crimea 1854-56, because there was no transport to move supplies from the harbour to the encampments, it was therefore deemed necessary to form the Land Transport Corps
