HEAD, B.V. / SVORONOS., J. N. ITOPIA TN NOMIMATN. Athens, 1898. Three volumes, Octavo, pp. cxxiv, 631; viii, 584; 5 tables of alphabets; third volume of 35 exceptionally fine phototype plates. Bound in black half calf, volume 1 rather more worn than others but sound and a fine set of this extremely rare work. (3) Estimate £ 240-280 Svoronos´s Greek translation of Head´s monumental work with the extremely rare photographic plates which were published at the same time. Possibly as few as 200 sets of the plates were printed and are rarely seen in as good condition as this.
